    I worked for him at CiHost.80 hours a week with no overtime. When I quit he called the Bedford police and said I stole a 4 thousand dollar computer. Then he sued me for non compete clause and I won plus wages owed..About a year later I ran into him at a bar. He started talking shit and I told him we can go outside 1 on 1 and settle this. Im not a bad ass. or fighter but I broke his nose and he cried. Later that night while i was still at the bar and he sent an employee back to slash all my tires and vandalize my car We caught it on security camera. His mom paid me o.t 14k not to file charges. He is not faring well in prison.He has no one to fight for him.

    I just looked at the Receivership documents. So far they have only recovered $3 million of the $80 million fraud and it costed $2 million in legal and other costs to get that $3 million. Receiver was saying it hoped for a substantial recovery. I assume there is a lot of hidden money that Faulkner thinks he will be able to keep when he is released in 2030ish. I assume he has not and will not pay most of his $25 million fine, but I have not been following this closely. Anyone else have any ideas. How can you squander $80 million on dinners, strip clubs and cocaine?

        Unfortunately, it’s still hidden and unsophisticated investors are still screwed. Hopefully they find whatever is left. If he stole $23 million and other stole $10 million, there should be $40+ million left somewhere.

          His mother is a total scumbag lawyer. When I worked for him all she did was sue former employees and customers who posted negative reviews about his company and their misleading claims/features for website hosting. I hear she is in lebanon with most of the cash. His aunt also is probably hiding some of his money too. Both will spend it all before he gets out.

            According to Court documents, his mom came back to the US. My guess (complete guess) is Faulkner is the only one who knows where all the money is because he probably also think his mom and other family members would spend it all while he’s in jail.
